The Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS AT GENERALBRADDOCK TOWER PHASE 3 - ACHA 1542 1/GC, 2/PC, 3/EC in the community of North Braddock, Pennsylvania 15104.

Bid and Contract Documents will be on file after Monday 13/July/2015 on the Pittsburgh Builder's Exchange, or the McGraw-Hill websites, and may be obtained at the Allegheny County Housing Authority, 625 Stanwix Street, 12th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA, 15222, or by contacting the ACHA at 412-402-2464.
A non-refundable fee is required for each set of Contract Documents (certified check or money order only) $75 for paper documents and/or $25 for PDF files on Compact Disc. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday 23/July/2015, at 10:00AM at the Allegheny County Housing Authority 625 Stanwix Street 12th Floor Pittsburgh, Pa 15222.
Bids are due by 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday 11/August/2015 at the Allegheny County Housing Authority, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Allegheny County Housing Authority encourages responses from small, minority, and women owned firms, as well as firms that have not previously performed work for the ACHA.
