enough to supply needed information and to share the workload, yet small enough 

to give each member a chance for maximum participation.

all the group members. The importance of  this characteristic should not be 

overlooked.

A successful virtual team meeting conducted by e-mail, teleconference, or 

videoconference would be much more difficult because of  the lack of  instant 

feedback and the absence of  nonverbal cues to meaning.
