After the independence of Uzbekistan there appeared new types of teaching establishments and organizing teaching in them demands new approaches. The progressive changes have been taken place not all in the sphere of education but also in all spheres of social life.
In the lecture we are going to focus our attention most on training teachers and improving their professional qualification. You know a teacher has always been and still is in the center of the teaching process and the main organizer of it. Teacher's role in The Social Development of the society is great. The Specialist is for all spheres of Life are trained by teachers. They educate Young Generation and the future of the country is in the hands of Young Generation. That's only the problem of training teachers and improving their qualification is of great importance for society in the state. So teacher should have deep know which and be well-trained and also prepared for their professional and feel a responsibility before Society.
what characteristic feature should be teacher developed in them. It is obvious that in the process of organizing teaching teachers deal with human being i.d. with Learner's. And you know that Learners have different characteristics different knowledge and different motivation. So in order to establish good, in fact the ways of Learners teachers should have patient and be well informative of the character of the Learners.

Teaching is not an easy job but it is necessary one society and Social Development. It can be rewarding when the teachers see their students progress.
The lessons may be difficult and stressful at times but they can also be enjoyable and rewarding

Roles of a teacher. This is a teacher's art and ability to adopt a number of roles.

   Prompter. As a prompter teacher encourages students and push them into active words give a bit of information. In other words teacher helps the students to evaluate their performance.

   Assessor. Teacher tell the students how well they have done.

   Resource. Students need to consult us, here teacher acts as a source of information.

   A language tutor. That means an advisor for the students. Tutor advises students what to do next, helps them in doing tasks and responds to what the students are doing out of the lesson .
   

These above mentioning rules of a teacher is a part of teacher’s personality. So teachers should be able to perform these roles. This flexibility will help the teachers to overcome difficulties after lesson.
Rapport . A good rapport between the teacher and students is a very important factor for improving the teaching and learning process. Report is the relationship between the teacher and students. Good and experienced teachers establish positive, enjoyable and respectful relationship at the lesson.
