14 Op-Code: Clear Diagnostic Information

Description: 
The 14 Op-Code builds a standard mode 14 message that initializes all diagnostics and diagnostic information 
in a device. Diagnostic information is, but is not limited to, diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) and corresponding 
DTC status, freeze frame data or other on-board test results that may be stored as a result of diagnostic 
activity. 
This Op-
Code will ignore the error of “no response” being received from the request. If this condition occurs, 
then Goto Step G1 will be executed.
