1.11 Safety Control 
The owner/manager of the welder must entrust a electrician expert with welder modification, 
accessory part installation, part repair, regular maintenance and general inspection (the interval of 
the general inspection shall not exceed 6 months in any case).
1.12 Welder Modification 
—— It is not advisable to perform any modification on the welder, install any accessory part and 
change welder settings without the prior agreement of the manufacturer. 
—— Replace any defective component immediately. 
1.13 Spare Parts and Wear Parts 
—— Use the original spare parts and wear parts supplied by the manufacturer. It is impossible to 
determine whether these parts supplied by other manufacturers can meet the design

requirements or the performance with regard to voltage-withstand capacity and safety.
—— When ordering spare parts, please specify the exact part name and number and give specific 
description in the spare part list.

The welder is air cooled. If the welder is installed indoor, allow for sufficient space in front of and 
behind the welder to facilitate air circulation. It is strictly forbidden to cover the machine with any 
object.
2.4 
The location of use is free of corrosive gases, flammable and explosive materials and dirt, metallic 
dust which can serious affect welder operation. Take appropriate measure to prevent conductive dust 
and scale, such as drill cuttings, from entering the welder interior. A suitable ventilation and dust 
exhaust means shall be provided where the welder is operating.

When operating the welder in rainy day and in the open air, take all necessary measures to protect the 
welder against rain. When the air temperature is high, take all necessary measures to protect the 
welder against direct sunshine. Otherwise, direct sunshine radiation will cause an excessively-high 
machine temperature and therefore impair normal operation of the welder.
