Check and replace lubricating oil and coolant regularly, 
The diesel engine works on 
engine oil and coolant for heat dissipation, 
so the engine oil and coolant check is 
particularly important!

Check lubricating oil amount a of diesel engine everyday and properly add engine oil at any time 
when necessary. 

Replace lubricating oil every 250 hours or every 1-2 months. 

Check the coolant everyday in case of coolant leakage.

Clean the sediment bowl and the filter screen of oil transfer pump. 

Clean the air filter or dump and clean the dust collection cup of air filter.

Replace the filter element of fuel oil filter.

Replace the lubricating oil filter tank.

Considerations and handling when the welding workstation is stored for a long period 
of time

See “Storage of Engine” in User Manual of Diesel Engine for storage of diesel engine.

Place the machine in a clean, dry and safe place without corrosive gas.

Start it up regularly (at least once every half a year) and run it for at least half an hour for getting rid 
of moisture.

Discharge of engine oil and fuel oil

There are dedicated ports discharging engine oil and fuel oil. 

Please conduct professional and special management for discharged waste liquid and pay attention to 
environmental protection.
