I do like "Ikki eshik orasi" among his works. This work has been published several times over the years. The novel was published six times in a relatively short time, with more than three hundred thousand copies. The novel tells the story of a quarter of a century of life in a village near Tashkent and depicts the resilience and courage of the entire Uzbek people during the war. The events began on the eve of the war, continued during and after the war, and ended with the 1966 Tashkent earthquake.
This work also has a number of features. The author, first of all, condemns the war, reveals the essence of its catastrophic consequences for humanity, and shows that its wounds cause harm to people. At the same time, the author shows the qualities, patriotism, endurance and perseverance of ordinary people, especially during the war years.
