The power of parity: Advancing women’s
equality in India (November 2015)
This report explains how achieving gender
equality in India would have a larger economic
impact than in any other region in the
world—$700 billion of added GDP in 2025—
but comprehensive change is needed.
A window of opportunity for Europe
(June 2015)
The region could achieve economic growth of
2 to 3 percent annually by undertaking supply-
side reforms and boosting investment and
job-creation efforts.
Help wanted: The future of work in
advanced economies (March 2012)
This report details how with 40 million people
in advanced economies out of work, there is
more to the employment problem than the
effects of a cyclical downturn. Long-range
forces are changing the nature of work
and how jobs will be created. The current
disequilibrium in many national labor markets
will not be solved solely with measures that
worked well in decades past.
A labor market that works: Connecting
talent with opportunity in the digital age
(June 2015)
Online talent platforms are increasingly
connecting people to the right work
opportunities. By 2025 they could add $2.7
trillion to global GDP, and begin to ameliorate
many of the persistent problems in the world’s
labor markets.
Poorer than their parents? Flat or
falling incomes in advanced economies
(July 2016)
The real incomes of about two-thirds of
households in 25 advanced economies were
flat or fell between 2005 and 2014. Without
action, this phenomenon could have corrosive
economic and social consequences.
The power of parity: Advancing women’s
equality in the United States (April 2016)
Every state and city in the United States has
the opportunity to further gender parity,
which could add $4.3 trillion to the country’s
economy in 2025.
