In this essay, I would like to inform about my future goals, which I wholeheartedly aimed at achieving. If I am not mistaken, I must assert that I am really into literature, namely writing stories, poems and translating novels and short stories from Russian into my mother tongue, uzbek language. As a result, my translations from uzbek into russian were published in several literary magazines in Germany, the USA, Russia, Ireland and UK. Furthermore, I am the big fan of fiction books. As I read many books and have a bookblog on telegram, almost all my friends call me "bookworm". I have lots of hobbies. To tell the truth, I do not want to waste my precious time as a consequence of getting bored.
I am the person that I like literature is considered to be one of my favourite hobbies, I target at having another job in different field in order to spice up my life by learning more. The main reason is that I like trying different works and I am not afraid of taking risks. To be honest, a vast majority of my acquaintances: my teachers, relatives and friends were wondered. When it comes to my choice, why I selected the field of management, it is vital to point out that I love to manage people and adopt the important resolutions. Because, when I guide people, I may have an immense amount of fabulous opportunity to show them the best way to better essential works.
By my previous opinion, what I mean that I will not force people to complete anything. For instance, I am the leader of class at my school. When one of my classmates does not study well, I do not rebuke, instead, I try to motivate so that she or he will not get depressed or feel heartbroken as a repercussion of my scoldings. In other words, becoming the frank leader, who treats everyone in the company equally, is my goal. As I far as I am concerned, I can make the situation far more better between colleagues. I totally agree with the bodacious idea regarding that the more benign the manager is, the more effective will be the quality of business.
As the coin has two sides, I am not of the opinion that manager should be totally kind, if seriousness is needed. To the best of my knowledge, it is crucial to handle the equilibrium properly. It is not nebulous that being all time kind might exacerbate the situation.
Speaking of my other future aims, I want to absorb intriguing knowledge and learn another foreign language. What must be taken into consideration is that I will do my best in order to achieve my milestone. Moreover, I will work hard to become a successful and talented writer, who is well - known among booklovers and education seekers. By the way, I will try as I can in order to be the best manager, who guides her workers appropriately.
