However, given that in the modern period in the Republic of Uzbekistan, work is underway to introduce digital technologies into all sectors and spheres of the national economy, including education, we proposed a conceptual scheme for the development of the information system of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is shown in figure 2.


As can be seen from this figure, the modernization of the information system involves updating the server part of the computer network, which allows further use of BIGDATA technology. In addition, the proposed infrastructure of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan gives the right to any user of the portal to interact with the portal of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and with the portal of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to participate in the implementation of such Republican projects as "One million Uzbek programmers”. [8].

As you can see, in Figure 2, in turn, this infrastructure will also contribute to the development of the infrastructure of digital universities in the city of Tashkent.

From Figure 3, it becomes obvious that the infrastructure of the digital school allows you to generate reports in the sections required by various categories of users of the information system, provides comprehensive information security, and provides teachers with the opportunity to work with normative and methodological materials. In addition, "Digital University" is a reliable source of information not only for teachers and students, giving them the opportunity to work with WEB - services, but also for parents of students, since the system has a section - a personal account. Each registered user of the system has access to the schedule and to the electronic library.
