Trends in Talent Management.
In the corporate world, 2021 is a year of regeneration. Companies
aiming to adapt to new realities of business world and apply new trends of talent management strategies.
These world trends can be considered by local managers operating in Uzbekistan and used to upgrade their
current methods of human resource and talent management. There are main five trends of contemporary
talent management: people analytics, internal recruitment, up skilling talents, enhancing employee
experience and reverse mentoring.
1.
People Analytics
can help to determine employee competences and skill gaps that will
reveal realistic situation based on facts rather than on personal estimations of managers. For example, need
for external Pyton programmers can be determined by analyzing capabilities of internal employees and
possibilities and costs of trainings in comparison to time and resources spent for new talent attraction.

Additionally, people analytics tools enables measuring recruiting channels effectiveness.
Competitive intelligence can be analyzed, since it is data driven. Organizations can become more
competitive and influential. People analytics and Talent Management platforms will become backbone of
overall human resource management systems in companies in near future. This notion will grow and
become more sophisticated (ibid).

Internal Recruitment.
Many scholars declare that majority employees prioritize internal
grows within a company. Historically, people move within an organization not strategically. Hence, talent
and recruitment professionals need to propose strategies and process for clear pathways of internal mobility
of employees. It assists to retain talents and as a result, people will be willing to stay longer and it can
motivate employee career growth. LinkedIn's Global Talent Trends Report (2020) depicted internal
recruitment improves retention to 81%. Employees should be empowered for being their selves and using
their voices when it is needed in their work places. Priyanto et. al (2021) suggests that internal recruiting is
less expensive and enhances employee engagement and motivation.
