IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF DEVELOPING
INTERNATIONAL ROUTES
The most important tasks of the
state transport policy are
systematic work on the formation of a communication framework to
ensure the flow of material and human resources at the regional and
interregional levels, and the implementation of national programs aimed
at the creation and development of international
transport corridors,
which form the basis for successful global economic integration and
allow the effective conversion of the transit functions of the state.
Today, Uzbekistan conducts foreign economic activity by many
states of the world. In this regard, there is an urgent need to improve the
methodology of developing international routes.
Under
these conditions, efficient operation of transport and
ensuring the specified volume of transportation,
within the established
timeframe and at the lowest cost require:

(a) Creation of an effective transport flow management system
with active human participation in the management process;
(b) optimal reservation of technical means of transport (rolling
stock and permanent devices) as compensators
to the impact of
disturbing factors.
Transportation process includes three main elements: the initial
operation at the point of departure; the actual movement of the object of
transportation from the point of departure to the destination;
the final
operation at the destination.
