The international relations 
set of political, economic, social, diplomatic, legal, military, humanitarian and other
communications and the interactions developing between the countries and the people at realisation of their interests
and the purposes outside of the state formations.
Mentality
set of basic beliefs, representations, ways of thinking, the mentality, forming attitude, attitude and
feature of command of the individual, or a concrete generality.
