Do you think smart people tend to be selfish? 
I don't think as a blanket rule that intelligent people tend to be selfish, I think they have 
perhaps they have just as higher chance or lower chance of anyone else being selfish. I think 
selfishness is something that can be learned when you're growing up that may have nothing

3. BUSINESS 
 
What qualities does one need to run a successful business? 
 
To run a successful business, people need to have determination and tenacity because I think 
the most important thing is that they know what they want, and they're willing to work to have 
it. So, a strong work ethic, I'd say, a good sense of organization, and the ability to read people 
well. 
What kind of business do young people start mostly? 
I don't believe that there is one type of business that young people will start. I think it really 
depends on their interests and it will depend on what type of businesses are needed in a 
particular area so people may see opportunity I think particularly this young generation right 
now is very interested in opening businesses that reflect their interests so they may open 
businesses that fill needs in the community will also giving them the opportunity to do things 
they enjoy. 
What makes some companies more successful than others? 
 
There are a lot of elements that go into individual business's success, so one business that 
may be more successful is the one that is filling in need in a community, so they're providing 
or offering a service that is something many people will want or enjoy or need so that they 
always have that the security of knowing they have a constant flow of income also I think 
we're finding that businesses who treat their employees well tend to thrive because they 
always work harder and better.
