The aim and the tasks of the research work. To define goal the following 

issues are set as the tasks of the research work: 

- to study the main, unique features as well as origination of modernism; 

-  on  this  basis  to  define  mutual  relationship  between  modern  and  classic 

literatures; 

- to observe classic symbols in this novel; 

- to analyze by structure “Evening and afternoon” 

-  to  analyze  and  compare  eastern  and  western  novels  from  ideological  and 

artistic aspects.
