The role of education is considered a vital factor
for the country.

Abstract
The term education has become the main factor for the government, and it is a human right and a strong driver for improvement, perhaps the most powerful resource for decreasing poverty levels, gender orientation balance, welfare, and fixedness. It conveys huge, reliable returns as far as pay and labor demand are concerned, and it is the main variable to guarantee the balance of possibilities. However, the impact of progress is still indefinite and different in each country and continent.
The aim of this research was to look into the influence and differences in education in European countries and Asia on reducing poverty, its effect on the level of development, and other sectors. 8 Asian countries secondary panel data were acquired from IMF and official World Bank databases between 2002 and 2020. With data from the literature, OLS, Random effects, Fixed, and also the Haussmann test was used to determine which model best fits the factors, geographical category, and time interval. To evaluate the association between reducing poverty, labor demand, and education, the fixed and random technique was shown to be an effective method. Although some of the forecasted factors showed an insignificant relationship in the empirical regression analysis, the overall impact of the model demonstrated a favorable association between providing impoverished people with a standard of education and improving the overall effect of education on labor demand, poverty levels and for other sectors.
