Outcomes Framework
Probability is the study of chance. When discussing the likelihood of 
an event occurring, we are discussing the probability that an event will 
occur. 
In this unit, students will identify whether the likelihood of a particular 
single outcome is possible, impossible or certain. They will also consider 
whether one of two possible outcomes is less likely, equally likely or 
more likely to occur than the other.

Use experimental or theoretical probabilities to represent 
and solve problems involving uncertainty.
