1.1 Industry 4.0 
Many developments have occurred in the field of industry until today. As the developing 
technology is not sufficient for the needs of people, the concept of industry has emerged. For 
example, an iphone brand increases its demands with its features. It develops phones to meet the 
needs of customers at the highest level in every phone it releases. 
The concept of Industry 4.0, which was mentioned for the first time in the fair held in Hannover, 
Germany in 2011, is defined as the project of equipping the traditional production industry of 
Germany with computer-oriented work and digitization with high technology. (Karabaş, 2019, p. 
3) Since 2011, the concept of industry has developed in all sectors. The industrial revolution,
