Abstract.
Adjusting several interrelated operating dimensions simultaneously in a multi-carriage multi-tool adjustments 
increases the labor intensity. In this regard, the release of useful products in modern CNC multi-purpose machines is accompanied by 
the development of a significant number of test parts and numerous readjustments of cutting tools. The article considers the practical 
application of accuracy models of dimensions formed during double-carriage multi-tool machining and model of formation of elastic 
displacements in the direction of dimensions performed during double-carriage multi-tool machining on the basis of accuracy models 
developed in double-carriage multi-tool machining. As a result, the proposed dimension accuracy models that address verification 
issues (structure of the set setting and determination of dimension errors in cutting conditions) allow to improve the quality of decisions 
made when designing options in dual-carriage multi-purpose adjustments on modern CNC multi-purpose machines and dramatically 
increase the calibration efficiency of the tool at the design stage.
