The Parish Council strongly object to the suggested route of Oridge Street and Blackwells End to access the site. In previous correspondence it was only stated this would be Corsend Road off the A417. In cases of flooding on the A417 Corsend Road through to Park End is an official NON HGV diversionary route - hopefully this will be taken into account.
Variation of condition (03) of planning permission P1094/05/COU to allow the holiday accommodation to be used for ancillary accommodation incidental to the main dwelling as well as a holiday let.

The 20 is plenty signs are to be chased with PCSO Helen Rogers and Brian Robinson as part of the Road Safety Partnership.
The manhole cover in the middle of Corsend Road (opp no 24) is sinking and very noisy – this is to be notified to STW again.
The PCSOs previously advised that they would be happy to carry out spot checks through the 30 mph areas and report back to the Council – and would attend a meeting and arrange training for Cllrs to use the speed guns themselves. This is to be chased up by the Clerk.
Thanks were expressed to Cllr A McGhee for the work to the Flagpole and also for the removal of rubbish from a hedge at the rear of the College after a complaint was received.
It was suggested that the bus shelter is in need of a good tidy up and a lick of paint – it was suggested that the Clerk seek willing volunteers through the Parish Magazine and the Website interested parties are to contact the Chairman or the Clerk.
