INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD thesis)
The aim of the research The purpose of the study is to determine the species composition of predatory fish helminths in the middle reaches of the Syrdarya River, the degree of damage to fish and the formation of helminth fauna, and to develop a scientific basis for the control of helminthiasis.
The object of research Object of research In wild fish (Silurus glanis, Linnaeus, 1758, Sander lucioperca, Linnaeus, 1758, Esox lucius Linnaeus, 1758) parasitic trematodes, cestodes and necanthinecephala
Introduction of research results. Based on the scientific results obtained on the helminths of wild fish in the middle reaches of the Syrdarya River:
Practical recommendations on helminthiasis of wild fish and measures for their prevention have been introduced into veterinary practice (Reference of the Committee for Veterinary and Livestock Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 11, 2021 No 02 / 23-1025).
As a result, it has been possible to diagnose, monitor, and combat helminthiasis in wild fish, as well as increase fish productivity;
The current state of the species of helminths of wild fish (common squid, white sla, squid) in the middle reaches of the Syrdarya River has been identified. included in the unique object (reference of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 4 / 1255-2321 of August 20, 2021). As a result, the samples enriched the fund of helminths of wild fish and made it possible to identify the diversity of helminth species and to systematically analyze the species.
In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, recommendations for the prevention of ligulidosis in pike perch fish Sander lucioperca have been introduced (Reference of the Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Karakalpakstan dated November 9, 2021, No. 01 / 18-2411).
As a result, the death of fish from ligulidosis, swimming of dead fish on the surface of the water and a sharp decrease in water pollution, as well as the cleaning of the ecological environment of reservoirs.
