3. Requirements to formatting
All papers should follow these requirements on formatting:

• 
  Times New Roman, 12 point, double-spaced;
  
• 
  Pages must be numbered;
  
• 
  Use APA referencing style as instructed in the Instructions section of the following file (for more details on how to use APA referencing refer to the following link).
  

You can do referencing manually, or set it in the word document as following:




THE STRUCTURE OF THE PAPER should include the following sections (recommended page numbers are included for each section, but you may allocate more or less pages as you need):

• 
  The title page (1 page);
  
• 
  Content page (1 page);
  
• 
  Introduction – brief review of the business (1-2 pages);
  
• 
  Data collection – description of factors: a clear statement of what you are trying to accomplish in the paper (3-4 pages);
  
• 
  Recommendations:
  
  • 
    Specific and detailed recommendations - the response shows a thoughtful description of recommendations on how to solve these issues (3-4 pages);
    
  • 
    Discuss the challenges associated with the implementing of these solutions (1-2) - the response shows a thoughtful description of challenges associated with the implementation of these solutions
    
• 
  Reference page;
  
• 
  The word limit is min. 2000 - max. 3000 words (title page, content page and reference page are not included in the word counting).
  

4. Mark allocation
The following assignment is worth 27 points total, and weighs 25 percent in your final course grade.
For example,
- if you receive 27 points for this task, you will contribute 25% towards your final grade.


Assignments and late submission:
Assignments that are late for a week will receive only 70% of the total result.
Assignments that are late for more than a week will not be accepted without any relevant proof. Late assignment submissions (with relevant proof - medical certificate or any formal letter that is recognized by AA) will receive only 50% of the total result.
