University education

  • The term “university education” also means the totality of general and specialized knowledge and skills that enable a university graduate to solve problems that he encounters in industry or to perform scientific research or pedagogical work within the area of specialized knowledge that he has acquired.
  • According to the decision, the most important tasks of the Termez branch of the Tashkent State Technical University are: Ensuring quality training of highly qualified specialists in the field of transport systems and roads and their operation, chemical technology, construction and materials of buildings and structures, food technology, technological machinery and equipment, light industry technology, ecology and industrial safety at international standards ;
  • Carrying out of scientific and practical researches and developments directed on the decision of scientific and technological tasks of development of branches of economy, testing and introduction of advanced foreign technologies; - development of scientific and methodological literature on relevant engineering, technical and production areas and specialties, taking into account the experience of foreign educational institutions and the needs of the country's economy;

Healthy living

  • This is a real pity because changing what you eat to make it healthier has so many benefits. Eating healthier will reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke, but you also get the added benefit of feeling much better and feeling more energetic. All it takes is a little patience and the right information.
  • This section focuses on all the things you can do to eat a little healthier and be more active. The focus is on ways to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease (including stroke and heart diseases, e.g. angina and heart attacks) but you will find lots of other benefits too – more energy, better mood and even feeling less stressed. You don’t have to put all of the advice into practice straight away.
  • When it comes to healthy eating, it surprises many people that you can eat healthily and still have really tasty food. Some people think that if you reduce fat, cut back on salt or try to lose weight you will be bored, irritable, cranky and living on dry crackers! No wonder so many people only make half an effort – if any – when it comes to healthy eating. The trouble is that most people go over the top when they want to lose weight or manage their cholesterol and end up stressed and falling back into their own ways.
  • Life changes
  • Change your routine. Remember that your reality is a result of the things you do on a daily basis, from what you eat for breakfast to where you go to work or school. If you’re going to change your life’s circumstances, you will have to change the things you do every single day.
  • Making even the smallest changes to your daily routine can help you feel less bored with life. For example, take a different route to work, eat something new for breakfast, exercise before school rather than afterward, or stop at a different coffee shop. Small changes like these may seem insignificant, but they will make your life more interesting in the long run by adding variety.
  • NOTICES
  • AND
  • WARNINGS
  • Recently, a nonacademic friend asked, “If you were teaching William Butler Yeats’s ‘Leda and the Swan,’ would you use a trigger warning?”
  • “Leda and the Swan” is a vivid account of Zeus, in the form of a swan, raping a young woman named Leda. I hadn’t read that poem since high school, and after rereading it, I can’t say for certain what I would do as an English professor. I probably would take an approach similar to the one I use as a professor in sociology as well as women’s, gender and sexuality studies.
  • The term “trigger warning” has come to refer to introductory statements on web postings of graphic descriptions of rape, eating disorders and self-harm. They are used to alert readers who may be struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) related to those topics so that they can choose whether to continue reading. The purpose of using a trigger warning in the classroom is to let students know that the material that their professors have assigned may cause physiological or psychological reactions as a result of past traumas.
