Optional Activity 5 Play “Look, choose and say”.  

Objectives: to recycle the vocabulary on the theme of toys 

Hang the pictures of toys on the blackboard and say that we can now choose a gift for the New Year. The pupils 

should come to the blackboard one by one, choose a picture of a toy and say three sentences. For example: I‟ve got a ball. 

It‟s blue. I like it. 

 

Homework:   

Explain to the pupils that at home they should draw and colour the picture on the right hand page. Ask them to 

remember how to say the New Year elements.
