Radical changes in the social and political life of the modern world not only open up new opportunities for young people, but also give them serious tasks and responsibilities. In other words, they are becoming increasingly important in the work of state and social construction, as well as in the further improvement of the political system of society based on the requirements of national and political identity. At the same time, the importance of national-political identity in the life of our society is growing every day, since no one person can achieve greater results than the true goals of his or her nationality and culture. Therefore, the study of the national and political identity of youth, its components and factors affecting its formation, is an important problem that determines the future development of society.

Глобаллашув шароитида Ўзбекистоннинг жаҳон ҳамжамиятига интеграциялашуви, давлат ҳокимияти ва бошқарувини демократлаштириш борасидаги ислоҳотлар босқичма-босқич амалга ошириб келинаётганлигига эътибор қаратилди. Мустақиллик туфайли мавжуд ижтимоий-сиёсий институтлар ўрнида янги ижтимоий-сиёсий институтлар ва унинг талабларига жавоб берадиган янги раҳбар ва бошқарув кадрларига эҳтиёж пайдо бўлди. The process of changing and modernizing social and political institutions in the world requires updating the management system. In the context of globalization, attention was paid to the gradual implementation of reforms on the integration of Uzbekistan into the world community, the democratization of state power and governance. As a result of independence, new socio-political institutions and new managerial and managerial personnel were required to replace the existing social and political institutions. This was achieved through a radical reform of socio-political institutions in transition.
