Annotation
The presence of social and economic risks creates problems in any part of the world, every day, at all stages of social relations, in different forms and forms. Today, information attacks can be considered as one of the forms of socio-economic risk. In the process of building an informed society, information and psychological effects become an effective and universal tool of internal and external political forces. Using information attacks, you can strike at political opponents and carry out various manipulations. New organizational, technological forms and methods of information-psychological impact are developed and improved as the leading countries strive to strengthen their influence.

Аннотация


Бугунги кунда мамлакатимизда 32 млнга яқин аҳоли истиқомат қилаётган бўлса, уларнинг 60%ини ёшлар яъни 30 ёшгача бўлган аҳоли ташкил этади. Уларнинг ўрта ҳисобда 19-20 млнни ташкил этиши ёшларимизнинг жамиятда ўз ўрнини топишлари учун муносиб шароитларни яратиб бериш жамиятимиз олдида турган энг долзарб масалалардан бири эканлигини кўрсатмоқда. Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президентининг 2017 йил 30 июнь куни “Камолот” ЁИҲнинг қурилтойида қилган маърузасида уюшмаган ёшларга алоҳида эътибор бериш лозимлигини кўрсатган эди. Ундан ташқари 2017 йил 5 июлдаги “Ёшларга оид давлат сиёсати самарадорлигини ошириш ва Ўзбекистон ёшлар иттифоқи фаолиятини қўллаб-қувватлаш тўғрисида”ги ПФ-5106-сонли Фармонига асосан уюшмаган ёшларнинг фаоллигини ошириш бўйича амалга оширилиши лозим бўлган йўналишларга эътибор қаратилди.


Problems of socialization of inactive youth in society
Annotation
Today, about 32 million people live in the country, 60% of them are young people under the age of 30. Their average number of 19-20 million people shows that one of the most pressing problems facing our society is to create the necessary conditions for our young people to be in society. The speech of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the congress of the Kamolot Youth Movement on June 30, 2017 showed that special attention should be paid to unorganized youth. In addition, attention was drawn to areas that should be implemented in accordance with Decree PD-5106 "On improving the efficiency of state youth policy and supporting the Youth Union of Uzbekistan" dated July 5, 2017.
