The Conference Sessions will begin at the appointed times.
All pastors and ministers are to be robed for the Communion Service (white), reading of appointments and the closing session (black).
All finances are to be received on the first day of the Annual Conference.
All Statistical Reports are due at the opening of the Conference.
All delegates are required to register and subscribe to all Periodicals ($143.00). The following is a breakdown of Periodicals:

Pastors are required to purchase tickets for himself/herself, spouse, delegate and others to the Home Missions Banquet.
