The Economic Impact 
of Huawei in Europe
 (November 2020), found that, 
in 2019 alone, Huawei contributed EUR16.4 billion 
to Europe’s GDP, sustained 224,300 jobs, and drove 
EUR6.6 billion in tax revenue. In early 2020, we 
announced a EUR200 million investment in a new 
plant for wireless products in France, which is expected 
to directly create 500 jobs.
