ELIGIBILITY: Adults with 3 months of training – Children with at least 1 year of training
FEES: Pre-Registration: $ 90.00 – Fill out registration form and mail with full fee to:

ASKF Camp, 706-C Phosphor Avenue, Metairie, LA 70005. Must be received by February 24th

If you cannot attend, the fee will be refunded except for $10.00.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND your registration via Registered Mail. There is no one at the mailing address during

delivery hours to sign the delivery receipt.

At-Door: $ 100.00 – Fill out Registration form, present at Gym., Friday March 4th at 4:00 p.m.

Black belt Test: Register at the door, Friday March 4th at 4:00 PM.

Test fee: $ 80.00 First Dan - $ 100.00 Second Dan - $ 120.00 Third Dan

All testing for kyu rank above 3 need a current Membership card (2011). Fee: ($ 30.00)

Black and Brown belts must have a JKA passport and current membership 2011.
ACCOMMODATION: A REMINDER – Reserve early because of the Greenville casinos, weekends are crowded. Do not wait until the last minute. For this special rate, be sure to mention you are with the Karate Camp (code).

Members of other clubs may test with the permission of their instructor. Register at the Greenville YMCA Gym.
