I am reaching to collect significant and current information and patterns from two differentiating companies to bolster discoveries. In this report, I explained the features that contribute to the success of two opposing business. I was asked to gather information and research about two opposing business, and I used this evidence to write a report on why the business was successful. I chose two companies NAJOT TA’LIM and ADIDAS. I collected and anlyzed current data releated to these companies
2. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY 2.1 PRIMARY RESEARCH METHOD
To gather information for this report, several secondary sources, such as the official websites and e-books of the two companies, were used to provide additional evidence for this report. ADIDAS official wibsite (https://www.adidas.com/us ), NAJOT TA’LIM official website .
2.2 SECONDARY RESEARCH METHOD
Several ancillary sources were used to gather information for this report, for example, the company’s official websites to further substantiate this report.
3.1. P1.” Najot Ta’lim”

For the present, the organization is nearby in light of the fact that it serves the neighborhood populace. The organization is little in size and utilizes under 60 individuals.

In the recent days, there are big number of compitetors in terms of IT since most youngsters are interested in that field. Therefore, there are growth among them. The main competitors MediaTech IT and Salvation Education. However Najot Ta’lim school is more dominant and successful since its approach for education is more innovation becauseits student will be given books and every week IT specialists win trainings. In short terms, customers is the main reason to be at this level as the company makes a profit from them obviously. Especially the payment of any course is really expensive because as I mentioned there are a lot of comforts for students to work on themselves.

The authoritative construction of the organization is progressive, with a solitary software engineer possessing the organization and shrunk by the proprietor of the independently employed developers. The organization has various capacities for proficient activity, including organization, HR (H&R), innovative work (R&D), promoting, client support and IT. The organization likewise has objectives and targets to extend its preparation program and open new branches somewhere else. The organization intends to show up in all aspects of the whole locale, and afterward all through the country. Their significance is to animate their enthusiasm for development and advancement. Their significant objectives will be practically equivalent to most different organizations, including market initiative, development, productivity, greatest benefit and endurance.
