The aims of the lesson: To develop students’ understanding about the subject matter of the course, its historical development and its correlation with other subjects

Pedagogical objectives: - to define “ the history of language”; - to explain the subject matter of “The History of the Language”; - to determine the main problems of the course; - to introduce the origin of the language; - to look through the scientific methods of studying the subject;		Learning outcomes: Student will be able to: - clarify the subject matter of “The History of the Language; - speak about the correlation between the course and other subjects; - explain the diachronic approach to the subject and its development in the course of time; - clarify the place of the English language in the Indo-European family;
