BASE Program

Sliding Scale Application
The fee for attending the BASE program is based on the sliding scale below. Students qualifying for free/reduced lunch will pay a reduced fee. Students not qualifying for free/reduced lunch will be considered full pay. Families having more than one child in the program will pay ½ price for additional children to attend. Payments must be made IN ADVANCE for each week. Payments need to be given to the BASE Director. Refunds will not be given for non-attendance. Please keep in mind that this fee is minimal compared to the cost of other after school care and is required in order to maintain sustainability of the program.

Reduced Pay Parent Pick-up	$10.00 per week
Full Pay Parent Pick-up	$20.00 per week

IMPORTANT: Rates are weekly regardless of attendance and payable 1 week in advance prior to attendance.
