Flight Manager Payroll
According to Appendix №1to the Sector Tariff Agreement, the Central Council of the Aircraft Workers' Union and the Directorate of the national airline introduce a tariff grid of coefficients corresponding to the wage category for workers, specialists, employees and heads of structural divisions of the National Airline. According to the tariff grid, the official employee’s salary is determined by multiplying the tariff coefficient of the corresponding category by the fixed rate adopted by Uzbekistan Airways for calculating official salaries.
According to Appendix No. 5 to the Sectoral Agreement, the categories for the remuneration of employees of the Center are given. Uzairnavigation of the National Air Company Uzbekistan Airways. According to Appendix №1, the flight manager’s salary is calculated on the basis of the 17th category in terms of remuneration, using the coefficient of 8.28 and the announcing ratio for remuneration.
According to the Regulation on remuneration of aircraft workers of the national airline “Uzbekistan Airways”, piecework and time wages are established: for managers, specialists and employees, salaries, workers, salaries, hourly tariff rates and piece rates.
According to the Regulation on remuneration, the following surcharges are established for specialists of the Department of Internal Affairs:
1. Employees who speak a foreign language of at least level 4 on the ICAO scale and apply them in their work are charged with a salary increase of 15% of the salary.
2. Taking into account the volume of work performed, establish the following class of services and points of the ATS of the Uzairnavigation Center;

II class:
Territorial offices (control centers with direct ATS) throughout Uzbekistan. An additional payment has been established for the salary for intensive work by the flight director, senior dispatchers and dispatchers of the Uzairnavigation Center, who have a valid certificate of an aviation dispatcher, based on:
• Tashkent, Navoi, Termez - 20%;
• Samarkand - 15%
• Nukus - 10%
• Namangan - 5%
