ANNOTATION OF MASTER'S DISSERTATION
Substantiation of the dissertation and its relevance. The plant world is one of nature's treasures. It is known that medicinal plants have been known for their healing properties since ancient times and have been used to treat various ailments. Abu Ali Ibn Sina, Abu Bakr al-Razi, and Beruni, two great scholars of the past, treated patients with medicinal plants. Even today, our people are very interested in medicinal plants. In medicine, plants are used to make many medicines. The number of wild and cultivated plants in Uzbekistan is about 4188 species. Of these, 577 are medicinal plants. In recent times, the science of chemistry has developed extensively. As a result, fast-acting new drugs are being synthesized. However, the demand for medicinal plants is still high. About 45% of the medicines used in scientific medicine are extracted from or prepared from plants. Some valuable drugs, such as glycosides used in the treatment of heart disease, are still derived only from plants.
Essential oils are one of the most important biologically active compounds in plants. Unlike other classes of natural compounds, this group of compounds consists of a mixture of substances that are structurally different
Taking into account the above, the chemical composition of essential oils of Roemeria hybrida (L) growing in the regions of the country has not been studied, so it is necessary to develop effective methods for extracting essential oils from this plant, study its chemical structure and pharmacological activity. The research work on the development of drugs based on them has theoretical and practical significance, which determines the relevance of research in this area.
Object and subject of research. Roemeria hybrida (L). plant and its natural compounds.
Research goals and objectives. Our research focuses on the chemical composition of the essential oils of the plant Roemeria hybrida (L), which is used in folk medicine to solve many human health problems. Therefore, it is important for research that this plant can be used as a medicine.
Scientific novelty of the research. The elemental composition of the Roemeria hybrida (L) plant, which grows in the Fergana region, was first studied by us. For the first time, we studied the chemical composition of essential oils from the flowers and body parts of the Roemeria hybrida (L) plant. The oils in the seeds of the Roemeria hybrida (L) plant were first studied by us.
Theoretical and practical significance of the research results. According to the results obtained, the chemical composition of the plant Roemeria hybrida (L) has theoretical and practical significance in the field of chemistry, medicine and pharmacology, perfumery.
Description of work structure. The dissertation is described on page --- and consists of an introductory part, chapter 3, conclusions and a list of references used in -----.
Discussion of the case and the degree of publication:
