good evening ladies and gentleman, my name is Jane…I work as a project designer and I am responsible for improving the infrastructure and designs of local neighborhoods.

So today, I want to inform you about some changes that took place in our neighborhood. And Right now, we are standing here next to the entrance to the Abbotswell.

As you can see, Abbotswell became much greener…there are lots of trees which have been planted around us …and this garden omg it makes the neighborhood much more beautiful than it used to be….

…and from here…you can see a tall building at the end of the garden…I know you remember it used be an old almost to be demolished site…but thanks to the city council we decided to keep this building. And now it’s an apartment block. We call it the Main building now.
And by the way…kids can now enjoy playing sports at the playground which is just there near the garden.

Moreover, there are some changes that occurred in the western part of Abbotswell.
well, to reach the west of Abbotswell, we all need to take a path from the entrance, walk 100 meters down the path, turn right…walk a bit….and here we go…we will see three big buildings…As you might guess, the first building on your left should be a secondary school…but…you know because there are more toddlers than school kids in Abbotswell, the local government ordered to convert the building into a hospital…
and also build a kindergarten next to it, which is yes the last building…

And from kindergarten, if you cross the road, you will face a large building….which you might think is a shopping mall….but indeed…it’s a real estate agency…it just looks like a shopping department…never mind….

But if you really want to shop around then the building which is opposite the estate agency, is a real shopping mall…

And the last change, we now have a big parking lot, so there won’t be any problem for locals to park their cars…and by the way you don’t need to worry about the safety of your cars…cos now we also have a CCTV station located just before the entrance to the parking lot…in the corner…on the left..
