Board of Director’s Election - 2012
Homeowner’s from the Single Family and the Townhomes are requested to submit their nominations to fill TWO positions on the HOA Board of Directors.
One position is from the Single Family (Signature/ Master’s/ Heritage) collection to fill the position vacated by Jinping Gan, Vice-President and the second position is from the Carriage Collection to fill the position currently being held by Nikki Bindra, Trustee.
Terms of three remaining Board members Yue Ma, Arvind Jiyalal (Single Family) and Bin Yao (Carriage Collection) will continue to 2013.
Read the following information carefully before sending in your nominations

1. 
   The term runs from April 2012 to March 2014.
   
2. 
   You will be required to perform all duties designated by the Bylaws of the Association (refer to Handbook) and provide leadership to those assigned from time to time by the Board.
   
3. 
   As a Board Member you are required to divulge personal information such as but not limited to Social Security Number, Mother’s name, Driver’s License #, DOB, Place of Birth etc., for the purpose of conducting Association business. This is a Federal requirement as all Board Members are signatories on Bank/ CDs/ Financial accounts owned by the HOA. If you do not wish to divulge personally identifiable information then please reconsider your candidature.

   You will also be required to approve vendor invoices and sign checks on behalf of the Association authorizing payments to HOA vendors.
   
5. 
   The time requirements a minimum of 15 hours/ month.
   
6. 
   You have three options (in order of preference) to submit your actual signed profile form so they arrive at RSL Management by Monday February 20th, 2012 @5pm.
