The Commissioner of Police, Delhi has accorded approval to:-

1	Enhance the amount of reward from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) on which was declared vide this Hdqrs. order No. 21280-380/C&T(AC-III)/PHQ, dated 08.07.2015, in case FIR No. 1202/2014 u/s 365 IPC, P.S. Uttam Nagar, Delhi, regarding providing any clue about missing boy namely Dinesh Gender: Male, Age: 20 Yrs. (Now 22 Yrs.), Height : 5’6”, Built: Thin, Complexion: Fair, Health: Abnormal mind & thin, Wearing: Cream shirt & cocacola pant with cocacola sleepers in feet (on dated 27.09.2013) s/o Sh. Ramlot, r/o G-14, Mohan Garden Rama Park Road Uttam Nagar, New Delhi has reportedly been missing since 27.09.2013. It will come in force with immediate effect and shall stand/remain good till the missing boy is traced out or the case is worked out.
2	Enhance the amount of reward from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), which was declared vide this Hdqrs. order No. 34559-660/ C&T/AC-III/ PHQ, dated 14.11.2013 in case FIR No. 70/2013 u/s 363 IPC P.S. Moti Nagar, New Delhi, regarding providing any clue about missing/kidnapped boy namely Imran, Gender: Male, Age: 10 Yrs., Height : 3’(at present 4’), Built: Normal, Complexion: Shallow, Face : Round, Wearing: White sweater & white half pant, s/o Safikul, r/o Jhuggi No. 1450, Zakhira, Moti Nagar, New Delhi, has reportedly been missing/ kidnapped since 02.03.2013. It will come in force with immediate effect and shall stand/remain good till the missing/kidnapped boy is traced out or the case is worked out.
3	Enhance the amount of reward from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), which was declared vide this Hdqrs. order No. 11754-854/ C&T/AC-III/ PHQ, dated 11.04.2013 in case FIR No. 56/2011 u/s 363 IPC P.S. Khyala, Delhi, regarding providing any clue about missing/kidnapped girl namely Anjali Gender: Female, Age: 03 Yrs.(at the time of missing), Height : 3’, Built: Normal, Complexion: Shallow, Face : Round, Wearing: Half sleeves green colour checkdar shirt, d/o Sh. Udai Singh, r/o RZC-126, Vishnu Garden, Khyala, New Delhi, has reportedly been missing/kidnapped since 19.03.2011. It will come in force with immediate effect and shall stand/remain good till the missing/kidnapped girl is traced out or the case is worked out.
4	Enhance the amount of reward from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), which was declared vide this Hdqrs. order No. 12374-430/ C&T/AC-III/ PHQ, dated 15.04.2013 in case FIR No.77/2009 u/s 363 IPC, P.S. Khyala, Delhi, regarding providing any clue about missing/ kidnapped girl namely Nisha, Gender: Female, Age: 07 Yrs.(at present 13 Yrs.), Height : 3’ (at present approx. 4’ 6”), Built: Thin, Complexion: Wheatish, Face : Round, Wearing: Yellow colour pant & T-shirt, d/o Udai Singh r/o RZC-126, Vishnu Garden, Khyala, New Delhi, has reportedly been missing/kidnapped since 26.10.2006. It will come in force with immediate effect and shall stand/remain good till the missing/kidnapped girl is traced out or the case is worked out.

As and when any information regarding the above said missing/kidnapped boy(s) & person (s) is received, the same may be sent to Inspr. Web Site, SCRB, PS- Kamla Market.

The Commissioner of Police, Delhi reserves the right to decide finally by whom the reward has been earned and in what proportion it will be distributed amongst various claimants, in case more than one claimant come forward for the same.
Earlier orders regarding declaration of reward in the above mentioned cases are hereby cancelled.

He is involved in many other heinous cases in NCR and undergoing life imprisonment with fine Rs. 10,000/- in case FIR No. 167/2009 dated 21.05.2009 u/s 148/149/302 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act of PS- Sadar Bahadurgarh, Haryana in which he was released one day parole to attend the marriage of his brother on 30.04.2015. Thereafter, he did not surrender and jumped the parole. He is also wanted in case FIR Nos. 463/2016 dated 20.06.2016 u/s 392/397/307/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act PS-Vijay Vihar and FIR No.429/2016 dated 20.06.2016 u/s 392/397/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act PS Begumpur, Delhi . It will come in force with immediate effect and shall stand/remain good till the arrest of the accused person or the case is worked out.

As and when any information about the accused person, is received the same may be sent to Inspr./Web Site, SCRB, PS-Kamla Market.
