Uzbekistan's textile industry is not only one of the fastest growing sectors of economic growth, but also a leader in attracting foreign investment and export products. Uzbek textile workers want to be part of the fashion industry. To do this, they improve their products and open the production of modern sewing. To date, the association "Uztextil” has more than 1000 industrial enterprises of the textile-garment-knitting industry. More than 70% of the country's textile and garment industry have implemented the quality management system and ISO, ECO certification. 1
In recent years, the textile industry has developed rapidly. According to National Statistical Committee, in 2016, the industry occupied 26. 2% of its share in GDP is 3. 8%, while in the production of non-food consumer goods-more than 44%. In recent years the annual growth in the output of the industry amounted to about 18%, exports-10%. The annual production capacity of the industry enterprises is about 48 million tons of yarn, 29 million square meters of cotton fabric, 101000 tons of knitted fabric, 270 million pieces of clothing,53.1 million pieces. Pairs of sock products, 21 million tons of raw silk thread. The enterprise also produces goods, medical devices, non-woven fabrics, cotton products, special overalls, Terry products. One-third of the Republic's industry-wide workers, more than 105 million people are concentrated in the industry.2
The importance of the development of this economic branch for Uzbekistan is connected with the following factors:

The textile industry is a labor-intensive industry, therefore, the development of the textile industry helps to solve the problem of employment and improve the living standards of the population. It is estimated that 100 thousand. In the textile industry invested 45-50 dollars to create jobs. This is 3-4 times more than in Mechanical Engineering, and 5-6 times more than in the fuel and energy complex.3
In conclusion, the results of this study are quite beneficial for managers and policy makers. Today people spend most of their lives in business organizations and satisfy many of their material social and even sentimental needs at these organizations. Therefore, members of the organizations become more dependent on their organizations in satisfying some of their needs. Social security and retirement plans invented to prevent people from being negatively affected by this dependency should include various forms of economic protection that would provide life-long revenue such as retirement, or accident, disease, life and unemployment insurances. However it is possible for organization managers to shape these tools into more useful forms and employ them as tools of motivation. Opportunity of retirement under better conditions, more convenient health security, paid or unpaid vacation opportunity offered without any problem when necessary, food, fuel or child aids and other similar tools that would render the enterprise more attractive compared to others contribute to the personnel’s sense of satisfaction from job and safety.
