Registration and Payment Information
$100 – Crafter $150 - Food
Vendors will be notified within 7 days of application submission.
If selected, payment & proof of insurance will be due no later than February 25, 2016
SpringFest Guidelines 2016
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
-
Vendor booth space is 10’ x 10’.
-
Only approved items listed on the application may be sold.
-
The ECP reserves the right to sell all alcoholic beverages. Vendors are not permitted to sell
or dispense beer, wine, or liquor of any kind.
-
Weights to hold down tent are mandatory.
-
Event is rain or shine - in Historic Ellicott City, April 23, 2016 12pm to 7:30pm.
-
Booth break down may be started 30 minutes prior to the selling area’s closing time.
-
Booths must be manned until breakdown unless special arrangements have been made with ECP.

Set up begins at 9am and vehicles removed by 10:30am. Vendors MUST be ready to sell by 11:00 am

For and in Consideration of permission in the festival activities, the group or organization signing this agreement is to assume the risk and hereby releases and agrees to release the ECP, its members, and all persons organizing, sponsoring, or assisting the festival from any and all liability, losses, and or claims arising out of participation in the Ellicott City Partnership Spring Fest.
A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE MUST ACCOMPANY THIS APPLICATION.

FOOD VENDORS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE:

Proof of Howard County Temporary Food Establishment Application (form can be found on howardcountymd.gov Department: Environmental Health/Food Protection). A fee is required.

Any equipment needed for the serving, warming, cooling, & storage of food and equipment needed.
pursuant to Howard County health insurance regulations.
-
Containers (no Styrofoam) and utensils (forks, spoons, etc.) for serving of food.
-
Tablecloths, skirting and or decorations for booth (as desired).
-
Weights to hold down tent are mandatory.
SIGNAGE:
-
Post menus up high enough for the public to easily see what is being offered.
-
Vendors are encouraged to promote their wares and to distribute promotional materials, business cards, menus, coupons and samples.
CLEANUP:
-
Equipment may be moved 30 minutes prior to the selling area’s closing.
-
All trash MUST be bagged and placed in a dumpster in lot D, E - or hauled away.
-
No grease, coals, etc. should be emptied onto the parking lot or on the grass.
