Dear Families,

Our Summer Camp Kids are taking a field trip! As you are well aware, the students represent Educational Building Blocks wherever they go! We would like to take all students on this trip, but inappropriate behavior is a concern. To ensure an enjoyable, safe trip, we need to know that everyone will make good choices. Each student is being asked to demonstrate this in our structured school setting. Students that demonstrate inappropriate behavior here at school, WILL NOT be permitted to attend the field trip. We feel by demonstrating a positive attitude and exercising self-control, all students are capable of earning their scheduled field trips. We thank you in advance for your support in discussing this with your child.
Please cut the bottom half of this form off and return it to school with your child no later than Thursday, July 18^th 2013. Your signature at the bottom of this letter indicates your support and understanding on this field trip plan. It will also indicate your permission for the child to accompany us on the trip.

Please Bring: Swimwear, towel, sneakers, brown bagged lunch.

Lunch: Students are required to pack a brown bagged lunch for the field trip.




We will be:

   Swimming.

   Playing on the playground.

   Having a picnic with our brown bagged lunches.
   

I understand that my child will be attending a field trip and will be accompanied by Educational Building Blocks’ staff on Friday, July 19^th 2013. Further, I hereby release and forever discharge Educational Building Blocks and its employees and agents from all liability which may arise out of or in connection with the aforesaid trip.
