Concentrator is partially cleaned, contamination level is reduced up to 30-40% and
"enriched" mixture through fan 10 is discharged into hopper 8.
The concentrator's technological process is carried out as follows. The vertical conveyor 3
lowers the cup on the guide 9. The position of cutter 9 (Fig. 2) allows the biting drum 13 or
higher to be guided to the brush drum 2. If router 1 is set to position C, the concentrator will
operate in a "cleaning" pattern. In this case, the cores are directed to the gear 13 at high speed.
The drum mixture is directed onto drum 13. As the blades of the drum slide over the top of
pinion 12 at high speed, the blades are crushed and crushed. As the crushed mesh passes through
barrier 11, the fine particles are sieved from it.
The chuck ignition throws the drum onto the large sawing drum at high speed. Due to the
high viscosity, the cotton fibre sticks to the large teeth of the large saw drum, which rotates
counterclockwise. Other objects (bowl, sheet, horn fragments ...) fall onto the small sawing drum
10 without picking up the hook. However, a small amount of cotton is also mixed on drum 10.
To work on the large sawing drum, the cotton fabric sits better in the teeth as it passes under the
stationary hanging brush 7.

The small saw drum 10 also attaches fibres to its teeth and dirt is ejected by the bristles of the
brushes.
As the brushes of the lower brush drum 8 touch both small saw drums simultaneously and
the linear speeds of the brushes are greater than the linear speeds of the saw teeth, they pull the
cotton out and fling it onto the saw drum 3. When drum 3 carries the cotton over the louvered
barrier, the fine contaminants are separated. The upper brush drum 2 passes behind the teeth of
the large sawing drum, then removes the cotton wool from the upper small sawing drum, then
casts it into 8a [11].
Auger 8a collects the nearly enriched mixture and passes it to the blower, which in turn
discharges it into the hopper.
