Abstract. 
One of the techniques used in cotton harvesting in the country is the collection of 1-2 
cotton seeds left over from the bowls and immature stems. At present, some cotton remains in the 
cotton fields in the form of cocoons, which in turn causes a number of inconveniences to farmers. 
For example, failure to harvest the planned crop, delays in tillage and sowing, and low 
productivity of existing machinery. The role of the coding machine and the elimination of its 
major shortcomings reduces the cost of the machine body. Disadvantages of the previous 
sawmill: The top of the "Concentration" saws is wrapped in wet fibre and the upgraded sawmill 
has defects. The upgraded cotton boll picking machinereduced manpower through slimming, 
cheaper machine, convenience for the hipbone.

The general construction of the moderncotton boll picking machineis shown in figure 1. Its 
main parts consist of dial 1, cross auger 2, vertical conveyor 3, concentrator 7, hopper 8. As the 
machine moves across the field, the rake guides the cotton wools to the working trailer.There, 
the edge of the rotating jaws cuts off pieces of the can and partly the horns and ejects them into 
the augers of the appliance. Push the coke mixture through the screw shells to the rear transverse 
screw 2. This removes fine minerals and organic substances from the mixture. Cross auger 2 
takes the mixture away from the whole apparatus and dumps it with a ladle onto vertical 
conveyor 3. Vertical conveyor 3 feeds the mixture to concentrator 7 via guide rail 9.
