4.1. The role of trade unions in the organization of labor protection.

A union, often simply referred to as a union, is designed to achieve many common goals, such as protecting their trade integrity, improving safety standards, and achieving good wages, benefits (such as vacations, health care). a united workers' organization) and working conditions through a force of agreement strengthened by the solidarity of the workers. The union bargains with the employer on behalf of the union members (ordinary and ordinary members) through an elected management and conciliation committee and negotiates employment contracts (collective agreements) with the employer. Trade unions may form a certain section of skilled workers (craft trade union), a section of workers of different occupations (general trade union), or try to organize all workers within a particular industry (industrial union). Agreements made by a trade union are binding on ordinary employees and the employer, and in some cases on other non-members. Trade unions have traditionally had a constitution that details the management of their union units, as well as different levels of government depending on the area that legally links them to their negotiations and operations.
