10.2.1 Ellen went to the doctor yesterday. Aya is asking her how she is.

Aya: Hi Ellen. How are you feeling?

Ellen: I’m ok. The doctor says I should go on the pill. It will help with my

stomach cramps.

Aya:  I  went  on  the  pill  for  a  while,  but  it  made  me  feel  worse.  I  hope  it

works for you.

Ellen: Me, too.

10.2.2 Noah is talking to his friend, Feng about travelling through China.

Noah: My uncle went on a journey through China when he was young. I

imagine it’s changed a lot since then.

Feng: When was that?

Noah: Oh…. about twenty years ago.

Feng: Yeah. China is a completely different place now. Are you going to

visit China?

Noah: I’m thinking about it. Maybe.
