INTRODUCTION
The goal of education reform is to educate a healthy generation, both physically and mentally, which can be achieved through humanistic, democratic methods of teaching and socialization, giving higher priority to human values, national and cultural traditions and separation of educational institutions from the influence of political movements. That is education reform aims to make a complete reversal of its ideological routines in order to promote a national education system for training highly qualified personnel up to the level of advanced democrat states and meeting the requirements of a high moral spirit. The State gives a top priority to strengthening intellectual potential and increasing the educational and cultural level of the population. The system and types of education are classified according to levels and forms of study such as preschool education, general secondary education, specialized technical education, vocational training, higher education, professional improvement and retraining of personnel
“Today, objectively assessing and summarizing the outcomes of independent development of Uzbekistan, it is of no doubt that all the achieved goals and results recognized by the world community, which our country secured for over the past years; both stably functioning economy, its sustainable growth rates, the year-to-year growth well-being of the population and strengthening authority in the world community”. All of these are the result of implementation of the deeply thought-out objectives, principles and norms enshrined in the Constitution. Today an individual lives and experiences constant influence from near and far sources of various kinds of ideological forces. These forces serve the interests of certain states and political groups. At the end of the 20th century that has been called as the century of information and electronics, it is impossible to live aside from these impacts. At the present moment ideological grounds are more dangerous than nuclear ones. The most important thing is that any person must be aware that military, economic, political pressures are felt immediately while ideological pressure and its consequences are very difficult to recognize. If in this sort of environment an individual does not have his own opinion, does not have solid believes, rich life experience, shaped up world outlook and strong will, definitely this man cannot resist the impact of an alien ideology. This can be observed through numerous events that take place in our life. As there may not be any vacuum and emptiness in nature, the same way there must not be any vacuum and emptiness in the sphere of ideology. It is of great importance to follow this slogan today when in all spheres of human activity, including the sphere of information,
we observe the processes of globalization, swift penetration of any sort of information that does not actually recognize any borders Suppose we’ll try to compare the way of living and degree of mentality development at the beginning of this century and at the present time, it will be easy to see how great the difference between these two periods is. In the past, when technical progress did not reach its present level, the world itself and relations between people, spiritual and ideological concepts were relatively more simple and distinct. Definitely, the author uses an exaggeration and humorous hyperbole in his novel. Still, the story shows very clearly how simple-hearted those people were, how modest and sincere were the outlooks of people at that period. This, by no means, is not the peculiarity of the Uzbek nation, the similar situations could be observed in the life of other nations at that period.
That is why, when something happens in one corner of our planet, the whole world learns about it immediately. Bad and good news from remote regions and territories, irrespective of our wish and will, reach us right away and affect our life. Modern information development processes are so swift and speedy that we cannot treat these processes in differently and hope that if this happened in somebody’s land, this will not affect our life. The topical of this research caused by creating writing skills in teaching foreign language lessons, that’s why supplying this, the aim of our course paper is to give theoretical argumentation for the importance of creating writing skills in teaching English and give practical recommendations. In accordance with the main aim it was necessary to solve following problems:
1. research materials by given theme;
2. to use it in practice;
3. to make conclusion by given theme.
The object: the process of teaching a foreign language. Fields of application: The present work might find a good way of implying in the following spheres: It can be used by teachers of schools, lyceums and colleges by teachers of English as a practical manual.It can be useful for everyone who wants to enlarge his/her knowledge in English.Methods of the research: critical analysis of scientific literature, observation, the main methods for compiling our work are the method of comparative analysis and the method of statistical research .Materials of the research: for given research used a lot of books and articles by methodology which written in a bibliography. The work contains of introduction, the main part, conclusion and bibliography.
