OCB. Hierarchical culture contains the qualities, 
convictions and rules that structure the reason 
for an association's administration framework, 
which will direct and fortify the fundamental 
standards of the representatives in working. 
Hierarchical culture comprises of different 
perspectives which give flavor and particular 
environment between associations, just as the 
character of the representative. Hierarchical 
culture is a common framework held by the 
representatives of the association that 
recognizes with different associations.

Personality Character comes from the Latin, 
character (English) is additionally gotten from 
the word persona (Latin) which means to 
depict the conduct, character, or a private 
individual. This is done in light of the fact that 
there are particular attributes that are just 
moved by somebody clarified that the 
importance of character is reflected in the 
actual idea of the mentality of an individual or 
a country that recognizes from others or 
country. While character as indicated by Allport 
is a powerful association inside the person as a 
psycho-actual frameworks that decide the
