Have you ever been to a concert? 

SPEAKER 1: Yes, I have. I’ve been to a lot. Live music is the best! It’s really exciting. I love 

being part of a crowd. 

SPEAKER 2: No, I haven’t – I don’t like to listen to music with a lot of people around. I like 

to listen to music alone. 

SPEAKER 3: Of course! I love going to concerts. And I’ve played in some too! 

SPEAKER 4: I’ve been to about seven or eight concerts. I love them! I went to my first one 

when I was only five years old with my dad. 

SPEAKER 5: Yes, I have. I saw ‘One Direction’ for my birthday last year and they were 

amazing! 

SPEAKER 6: No, I don’t like going to concerts – I prefer going to the cinema. Cinema tickets 

are cheaper than concert tickets, so I can go to the cinema more often.
