In this picture I can see a large woman. She’s eating fast food at 
a table. She has a hot dog, some burgers, some French fries and 
some cola. She has short dark straight hair. She’s wearing a blue 
t-shirt. She looks happy.
What kinds of food are not good for our health? 
There are many kinds of food that are not good for our health. 
Fast food, for example is not good for our health. Sweets are not 
good for our health, like chocolate and candies. Soft drinks are 
not good for our health. These foods will give you many health 
problems including obesity, diabetes, heart disease and they 
cause cavities. We should eat healthy food.
What should we do to keep healthy? 
There are many things we can do to keep healthy. We can eat 
healthy food and do some regular exercise, we should go to the 
doctor every 6 months for a checkup, sleep 8 hours a night, drink 
a lot of water and sit in the sun sometimes in the morning.
