plasmapheresis anD hyperbaric oxygenation in combineD treatment
of patients wltn skin angiitis

The dasic aim of this research work was 
investigation of plasmapheresis and hyperbaric 
oxygenation effectiveness at the patients with 
accounting the changes of some immune static 
parameters. at twenty-five patients with (10-males 
and 15 — females) at the age of 22–38 the 
resistance was marked to early carrying out therapy 
with antihistamine and corticosteroid preparations.
as a result of carried out treatment the 
complete regression of whole breaking out and the 
disappearance of itching were at 11 patients (44 %) 
after 4 procedures, considerable improvement was 
marked at 10 patients (40 %) after 5–6 procedures 
and improvement at 4 patients (16) after 8 
procedures.
During the process of treatment the dynamics of 
immune indices revealed the reduction of Ig a, m, 
G levels: before the treatment Ig a-2.75+0.14 gr/l 
Ig m- 2.41+0.15 gr/1, Ig G -12.87+0.23 gr/l after the 
treatment Ig a- 1.94 +0.07 gr/1, Ig m- 1.35+0.06 gr/1, 
Ig G-10.16+13 gr/1
Thus plasmapheresis and hyperbaric oxygenation 
lead to the immune indices normalization they are 
accompanied by significant reduction of the basic 
skin process. High effectiveness of this method 
enables to consider sensible use of it at the therapy 
of severe forms of skin angiitis.

Introductions.It is known that inflammation in 
asthma is primary — allergic in nature, due to 
IgE — dependent mechanisms, so in addition to 
assessing the severity of the disease requires a 
specific diagnosis and to evaluate the effectiveness 
of the combined specific immuno-basic and 
pharmacotherapy.
material and methods.In order to assess the 
combined treatment we compared the clinical 
efficacy. beсlason use in a dose of 1000 mg/day 
(1g = 10), stimusol (2g = 10g), and the combined 
use of beclasonand stimusol (c = 3 to 15 people) 
in patients with asthma III -stage. by the end of the 
first stage (8weeks) of treatment the day time asthma 
symptoms were absent day time asthma symptoms 
were absent in seven (80 %) patients in Group I, the 
patients (60 %) II nd group and in 13 (86.6 %) patients 
of group III observation and in 8 patients, they noted 
in the redistribution of 1 — 2 times a week and were
