5. For what purpose are free economic zones created?

The main purpose of the establishment of free economic zones is to create preferential tax or customs conditions for local or foreign entrepreneurs of a special status and to solve the tasks of the social and economic development of the state, individual regions or industries.

6. Who pays for the costs of storing goods in a temporary storage warehouse (TSW)?

The cost of storage in the Temporary Storage Warehouse (TSW) shall be paid by the importer immediately after the declaration by the customs officer.
